1. Is my preferred wedding date available at 1-Atico?
We recommend reaching out to us early as popular dates (especially weekends) get booked quickly. Our team can check availability and hold tentative dates while you finalize your plans.
2. What is the minimum spending or minimum number of guests required?
Our wedding packages are flexible, we cater to intimate solemnizations to full celebrations of up to 242 guests. There is an overall minimum spending which our wedding specialists will share based on your preferred date and time.
3. What is the maximum capacity at 1-Atico?
Depending on the format, our venue can host:
• Banquet-style: Up to 242 guests
• Standing /Cocktail reception: Up to 350 – 450 guests
We can also host solemnizations, lunches or dinners, and after-parties, all in one place.
4. What does your wedding package include?
Our wedding packages typically cover:
• A customized Western/ Asian Fusion 4-course menu curated by our chefs
• Beer, wines by the bottles and free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea
• Use of sound system, projector and microphones
• Bridal changing room
• Professional service staff throughout your event
• Fresh floral décor
This however can be further customized to tailor to your preferences.
5. Can we bring in our own vendors (florists, photographers, decorators)?
Yes! We welcome external vendors and also have a list of trusted partners who knows our venue well.
6. Do you provide wedding styling or coordination services?
Basic fresh floral decorations provided by our in-house florist are usually part of the minimum spend. You will also be assigned a dedicated coordinator 2 months’ prior who will guide you through planning and ensure everything runs seamlessly on your wedding day.
7. What is the payment, deposit, postponement and cancellation policies?
A deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due on the day of the wedding. If you need to postpone, our team will work with you to explore new dates. Cancellation policies will be clearly outlined in your contract for full transparency.
10. Do you cater to special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, halal, etc.)?
Absolutely. Our chefs can prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary meals with advance notice. While our kitchens are not halal-certified, we can arrange halal meals from trusted partners if required.
11. Can we have a food tasting before confirming?
Yes, menu tastings are available for confirmed wedding packages so you can experience our food before finalizing your selections.
12. How long is the venue booking for?
Our standard packages include 4 hours of event time, with additional hours available for early setup and after-party upon request.

14. Are there any décor restrictions?
We allow creative décor as long as it does not damage the venue. For items like candles or hanging décor, please check with us in advance so we can advise on safety requirements.

Yes! Weekday and lunch weddings are popular choices for couples seeking a more intimate celebration or better value. Speak with us for current promotions.
16. Is there a cutoff time for music and celebrations?
Our standard cutoff time is at 2PM for lunch, and 10.30PM for dinner. Extensions for dinner bookings may be possible — let us know what you have in mind.
17. Will I have a dedicated wedding coordinator?
Yes, once you confirm your package, you’ll be assigned a dedicated wedding specialist 2 months’ prior who will guide you through planning and ensure everything runs seamlessly on your wedding day.
18. How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular weekend dinner slots and dates. However, we also accommodate last-minute weddings if the date is available.
19. What if my guest numbers change?
We understand RSVPs can fluctuate. Our team will advise on the minimum guaranteed number and how adjustments can be made closer to the wedding date.
20. Is parking available for guests?
Yes, parking is available within ION Mall itself, alternatively guests are able to take Orchard MRT Station. The other nearest alternative parking would be Wisma Atria.
21. Do you offer accommodation packages for out-of-town guests?
While we don’t provide accommodation, we are partnered with nearby hotels, such as St. Regis and Fullerton Bay Hotel and can extend our corporate rates for your guests.
22. How do I arrange a site visit?
