How do I make a reservation at Atico Lounge?

Customers can book online via our website https://www.1-atico.sg/, call us directly, or use WhatsApp +65 80281489. Early reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and holidays.

What are your opening hours & dress-code?

LOUNGE;
• Day: 12noon – 5pm (last seating for high tea 4pm – last order 4.30pm)
• Evening: 5pm – 11pm (last seating 9pm – last order food 9.30pm last order drinks 10.30pm)

Smart Casual Dress Code:
• No flip-flops, slippers, or Crocs
• No tank tops (Singlets)
• No gym attire
• Bermuda short are permitted

Do you accept walk-in guests?

Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, but reservations are recommended for guaranteed seating, especially for large groups.

Can I bring my own wine? What is the corkage fee?

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine; however, a corkage fee applies per 750 ml bottle.
• Wine – $80++
• Champagne – $100++
• Liquor – $180++
Alternatively, we offer a one-for-one promotion with the purchase of a bottle from our wine list selections.

What is the maximum group size you can accommodate?

We can cater to groups of various sizes from 30pax and below; for larger group size of 40pax and above private/buy-out functions (e.g up to 40pax onwards guests seated/standing), please contact send an email to enquiry@1-atico.sg

Is there a minimum spend for reservations or private bookings?

For regular reservations, there is no minimum spend excluding window seat during dinner. For private or semi-private group dining, a minimum spend may be required depending on the date and space.

What menus are available and can they be customized?
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other special dietary requests can be arranged with 1-week advance notice.

Do you offer set group dining menus or sharing platters?

Yes, we have set group menus and sharing options. These can be tailored to your group size.

What are the payment and cancellation policies?

For large group or private bookings, we require 50% deposit to secure the date; cancellation terms are outlined upon making deposit payment as below;

Terms & Condition:
All pre-payments are strictly non-refundable and will be credited toward the final bill on the day of the reservation. Any amendments to the reservation must be communicated no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled booking date. In the event of a cancellation, the prepaid amount may be retained as a credit for a future reservation at ATICO, valid for up to three (3) months from the original reservation date. No refund or remaining balance will be issued should the total bill be less than the prepaid amount.

Do you allow outside vendors (e.g., decorations, entertainment)?

For private events or large group bookings, Please Note: Staging, AV equipment, Microphones, Projectors, Professional Photographers, Banners, and Helium balloons are not permitted.

Is there audio/AV support for events?

For exclusive/private buy-out functions only AV equipment (speakers, screens, microphones) for presentations and entertainment are allowed as part of event packages.

What is your policy on late arrivals or changes to guest numbers?

Please inform us in advance of changes. For large groups, final guest numbers should be confirmed close to the event date to ensure smooth service.

Do you offer parking or transport suggestions?

Parking is available at nearby facilities (e.g., ION Orchard). We also recommend public transport for convenience. We regret to inform you that complimentary parking is not offered to dining guests.

How far in advance should large group or private bookings be made?

For big groups and special event dates, we suggest booking 2-weeks/months in advance, as popular slots fill up quickly.
